I'm an AI content strategist and senior knowledge base editor at Wix, where I lead my team's move into agentic content workflows. Most days I'm doing two jobs at once: writing and editing help articles for our products, and building the systems underneath that support them. Those frameworks help writers produce content optimized for both human readers and the LLMs that now summarize content back to customers in chat.

Right now that looks like a circular-feedback workflow I designed in FigJam, a set of working agents I built as Claude skills, internal chatbots tuned to our voice and style guide, and a habit of pulling the rest of the team into whatever I just figured out so it stops being just my thing.

On the writing side, I'm currently the sole KB writer for Wix CMS, Wix Vibe, and our technical troubleshooting content. As senior editor I also review articles across the full Wix product line. Before any of this I was a support team lead, taking the actual phone calls. Each phase has fed the next.

Leadership has been part of the work throughout. These days that's mentoring writers, advising managers on performance and promotions, and helping the global content team get comfortable with AI tools. Earlier at Wix I spent four years managing a support team of 5-10 agents and building out the training and coaching program for new hires.

I'm based in San Jose, where I lead these global initiatives from my home office. When I'm off the keyboard, I'm usually with my family or out in the garden.
